The construction phase includes all the work necessary until the plant is ready to start generating energy (Commercial Operation Date, or “COD”). Operation starts when the plant is effectively commissioned. In this phase, our revenues are derived from the sale of the energy and the maintenance (“O&M”) of the installations. From the connection of the plant, we stay on as an IPP to look for the best exit at the best time.
